Carter & Benson

Carter & Benson was established ten years ago starting from the initiative of professionals and managers with competences developed in different sectors of the economic activity. Today, it is an independent company that operates in the Executive Search field in strict relation with the Client communicating with the leader companies (italian and foreign multinational companies) and with the entrepreneurial realities.

We are present worldwide with an International network of partner companies that have consolidated specific competences in every single country.

We have always analyzed the different sectors of economy studying the markets and considering them both with regard to the identification of the best top managers and to the deep knowledge of all the dynamics characterizing the market itself.

Thanks to the competences and the experiences developed, we manage a whole consultancy project of Executive Search in short times operating strictly with the Client in order to identify and select the talented top managers.

Not only we distinguish the professionals on the basis of expertise and performance, but we are also able to recognize and recommend candidates who are suitable to cover successfully relevant positions and that are able to integrate and create value in that specific corporate keeping in mind the distinguishing features of the new corporate culture.

To achieve this, we study deeply the reference market in terms of talents and resources, we analyze the target companies where we could identify strategic competences for that specific culture: in fact one successful Manager could be such in a given corporate reality while he could not fit in another different environment.

Working as external consultants, we are able to offer an opportunity both to the candidate and to the company that will satisfy both of them and we guarantee the achievement of the added value needed to face the market challenges.
