Milanese, he started his first professional experience as Consultant in a Middle and Top Management recruitment company where he became Partner afterwards.

During his nine-years long experience, he has acquired a deep understanding of corporate needs from the perspective of human resources developing deep competences in different economic contexts. The excellent knowledge of the markets and of their constant evolutions and the success achieved on the field brought him to be one the founders of Carter & Benson. Since 2002 he is CEO and Partner of the company.

Genoese, she graduated in Psychology with a major in Behavioral Psychology. Her professional career started in her familyowned business while she was still studying and developed afterwards within leading multinational and National groups, in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Fashion sectors, where she had been covering positions of growing responsibilities in the Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales areas.

In 2000 she started working in the Executive Search field entering Search Partners International where she had been developing a professional path until she became Partner for Italy. Since 2007 she is Partner of Carter & Benson.

Milanese, she graduated in Business Economics at the Università Bocconi. She started her professional career developing significant experiences in commercial functions within the Medical Devices sector in France and Spain. Her interest for the Human Resources brought her to start her career as Consultant in the Human Resources sector ten years ago, working before in Mercuri Urval and later in Nicholson International.

She is Partner of Carter & Benson where she started working in 2004.

Milanese, he graduated in Law at the Università Cattolica di Milano and from the outset he started his professional path in the HR sector. With growing roles and responsibilities, he had been working for 25 years in the HR Directions of primary national and multinational companies operating in different sectors such as Services, Logistics, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical. Among others, he had been HR Director of the Bolton Group and Novartis Consumer Health. Since 2008 he is Partnerof Carter & Benson.
