IMD International Search Group Partners gathered on October, 4-6th  in Boston for their second meeting of the year, hosted by The Onstott Group, reflecting on “Conscious Capitalism”.

The meeting was an opportunity to work on the core of IMD business and also to broaden its horizon with perspectives on the evolution of the global economy.

Simona Cremascoli, Partner of Carter & Benson, participated to the international event which was mainly focused on Conscious Capitalism with a presentation from Raj Sisodia, FW Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business at Babson College.

Raj Sisodia came to the conclusion that “The way we work isn’t working” and called for a shift in the meaning of business, a change in consciousness and values. He ultimately reminded all IMD members that “The business of business is people”. More on this through this link
