Carter & Benson – Executive Search, born in 2003, is the division that deals with the search and selection of Top Managers present on the national and international market, with a methodology that primarily bases on direct search.

In order to outline the personal and professional profile of the potential candidate we start from a deepen study of the climate and needs of the Client Company and of the market of reference and then we proceed analyzing the target companies where we can find the strategic competences required.
